    The Northwest Georgia Emergency Communications Group, Inc. is a non-profit tax-exempt organization formed by amateur radio operators primarily to foster emergency communications support for the Northwest Georgia area and secondarily to provide support to neighboring areas where possible. 

    NGECG endorses the American Radio Relay League's Amateur Radio Emergency Service as well as the Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service.

    NGECG is a non-profit corporation formed under the laws of the State of Georgia and is recognized as a tax-exempt charitable organization by the IRS.  (Copies of all documentation available by request)
